I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Therapy sessions can be conducted either in person or via online video if preferred.
I use only evidence-based treatments meaning they have been rigorously tested in scientific studies and proven to be effective. I have received expert training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). The methods and techniques used are considered to be the gold standard in the treatment of anxiety disorders.
